I’m Courtney.
As a teen, I had a tough relationship with food. I went through bouts of anorexia and bulimia. Restricted calories and had eating disorders. Was under-eating and over-exercising. My self-image and self-talk were destructive. And most of my actions came from trying to “not hate my body”. I spent my youth like this…
Until, in 2018, I started a healing journey. My first step was a 10-month certification. In this step, I learned about nutrition, health, and mindset.
With this new knowledge, I realized many of the things I did were not only harmful…
But don’t help you lose weight either (my goal at the time). This first step in my journey made me take other steps:
I learned about Breathwork. I studied nutrition, meditation, and self-improvement. And now, I want people like you on their own journey. With that said, let’s start with an insight. One I wish I knew when I was younger: Healthy, sustainable nutrition is simple!
Diets are not simple. They tell you you gotta do this, then do that. You need a supplement stack, a fixed bedtime, a daily workout routine…
You need to restrict foods you love, workout till exhaustion, and hate the process…
In order to attain the results you want.
It's crazy, complicated, and ineffective! Instead, you can sustain your health by making it simple. Focus on changing one habit at a time. If you do…
You're more likely to accomplish your goals.
